Hi folks I am cycling for great Yarmouth to St Davids in Pembrokeshire on July 27th to August 3rd along with my son in law Chris Mullane and Friend Paul Collier hope you can help with a donation to this worth while charity that I hold close to my heart (not ment to be a pun). I lost my father when I was only 15 years of age and like other kids that have lost a parent at this young age things were realy tough for my mother to bring up 4 children on her own. If this had only been a few years later when The British heart Foundation had started to make groundbreaking differences through sponsorship then my dad may have been at my wedding seen my children or just been there for a beer and a chat. So if this challenge helps keep one parent by the side of his or her child for a little longer it will be well worth while.   Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
