Story
Ken Pheasey passed away in the early hours of Tuesday 19th January 2021 after a short battle with COVID.
He was a devoted husband to Ena, much loved dad of Adrian, dear father-in-law of Debbie, treasured granddad of Chris, Jonnie, Sophie and Becca, great-grandad to Arthur and Margot. Beloved brother, uncle and a great friend to many.
He was loyal, hard-working, and patient. He had a cheeky sense of humour, a huge heart and if could help, he would.
Anyone who knew him, will know that first and foremost he was a True Blue. But, if he wasn’t at Maine Road he was at Etherow Model Boat Club. Building model boats was his passion and he passed that on to his son and grandsons. He built them tug boats to start and helped them with the Club 24s as they got older. In later years he became interested in lifeboats and he was proud as punch to win the Aerokits Charity Shield for Best Kit with his excellent Waveney class The Scout 44-018
He supported RNLI throughout his life and, as a family, we’d like to continue that. If you can, please donate in memory of a much loved modeller.
