We are the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We help people out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether.

Story

Thank you for visiting our Just Giving page

Crisis is best known for its Christmas shelters across London and the UK, but also runs year round services for homeless people.  Throughout the year Crisis also runs fundraising events, including the Crisis  Icebreaker swims, outdoors in the middle of winter.  It is a sobering reminder of the temperatures endured by many people who are street homeless but also a fantastic opportunity to get involved, support Crisis and raise money for the cause.

A team of regular outdoor swimmers from Kenwood Ladies’ Pond, on Hampstead Heath, will take part in the Parliament Hill Lido Crisis Icebreaker on Saturday 25 January 2020 to support this vital cause. Crisis really does save lives, as well as turning around many lives every year.

Please sponsor the Kenwood Regulars, and help Crisis to make a difference for more homeless people in 2020.

In 21st Century Britain, no-one should be sleeping, or dying, on the streets.
