We are The Great Kernow Koaster Team, Previously we raised money for Larf Cornwall by walking 221 Miles along the Cornish Coastal path from St Ives to Millbrook via Lands End.

This time we will be Kayaking Three rivers in Three Days in Cornwall.

The Three rivers are:

Truro river down into the River Fal to roughly St Mawes area

River Camel, this is where we have decided to do a Triathlon theme by Cycling from Wadebridge to Padstow, Kayak Padstow to Wadebridge and then either walk,run or jog from Wadebridge to Padstow.

And our final river is the River Tamar which we will kayak from Calstock to Millbrook.
