Hi! I am going to be mostly jogging the 100km challenge, my plan is to do around 20km a week jogging in order to hit this target. 

Epidermolysis Bullosa is an inherited skin disorders that cause the skin to become very fragile. Any trauma or friction to the skin can cause painful blisters. My fiancé Dave has EB so this cause is very close to my heart. DEBRA is a very worthy charity and I admire the work they do.
