In May 2012, one of the most cruelest cancers - pancreatic cancer- took away my beautiful Mum.... She was only 51 and the most kindest, caring and loving person you could ever meet.

Pancreatic Cancer UK receives very little funding and survival rates have not improved in 40 years. Out of 100 patients diagnosed only 3 will survive beyond 5 years.

At the begin of this year my 3 amazing friends, Sharon, Sarah, Wendy signed up with me to take part in the Great South Run to help raise money for this amazing charity. This is a big challenge for us all as we're not 'natural born runners' and training has been really tough at times but hopefully we'll complete the 10 mile run in a good time.
