I am doing something that is completely out of my comfort zone, I have never travelled or been on an aero plane alone so this is very challenging for me,

so when this opportunity came up for me to climb Kilimanjaro I jumped at the chance to do something different something that I have wanted to do,

My family and I had lost one of our amazing family members to this life taking family crippling disease, she was the most loving, funny and down to earth person who made me feel part of the family 11 years ago and still did through to her last day.

She was the brightest star in the darkest night, the one who fought with all her might, for those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved so missed so very dear, no farewell words were spoken or time to say goodbye, our hearts still ache with sadness and secret tears run by, you’ll never be forgotten, forever in our hearts is where you will stay.
