my name is kerry andrews and im a 33 year old women. And sadly to say, a friend of mine and her husband lost a gorgeous little girl sienna may whittacker through a severe heart condition transpostion of the great arteries where the main arteries in the heart are the wrong way round. she also had holes in her heart. she had open heart surgery at a week old but 10 days later developed fluid on her chest. sienna had two major operations and four minor procedures,as well as two further sepsis infections, one of which resulted in renal failure. she then developed chronic lung disease and was due to go to great ormond street hospital in london but sadly she never made it and died at 15 weeks old.

most nights i tend to drink a botte of wine, and then consume a lot of alcohol at the weekend with friends. In januray this year me and a few friends had a bet that we wouldnt touch a drop of alcohol throughout the month, and although it was hard and at times i was tempted to give in, i stuck at it and felt at lot better within myself and had wished that i had of done it for charity. so this year ive decided to push myself even futher and not to touch any alcohla all january again, which provides accommodation and financial help to parents whose children are in hospital. in memory of sienna my whittacker. i would be very greatful if everyone would sponser me as its for a wonderful cause!
