Having run the London Marathon twice before, I said 'never again'! but Natalia Spencer changed my mind.  I met Natalia 18 months ago when she needed a room for the night in Greenfield, N. Wales. When she came into our home she spotted my first London Marathon vest, which had a rainbow logo on the front, in a frame on the wall. During one of our many conversations over that weekend Natalia asked if I would run the London Marathon one last time for Elizabeth's Footprint, in memory of her beautiful daughter Elizabeth and I promised there and then that I would.  So I have many weeks ahead of hard training so any donations towards this very worthy cause will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
