I am running to help Malawi, a very little known country in South East Africa, suffers from one of the highest rates of deforestation in the world as 90% of the population rely on firewood and charcoal for cooking and heating. TREEZ (www.zombatreez.com) aims to help combat these detrimental effects through replanting trees, protecting areas so as to allow natural regeneration and education in order to encourage sustainability and build resilience.
