Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Please help raise money to help find a cure for Cancer.
Originally I had a goal of £3500 minimum in order to take part…and I SMASHED it so I then increased it to £5000 and I have now EXCEEDED that too so…. I have now ALSO signed up to do ANOTHER cycle challenge in 2019 from Milan to Venice a total of 220 miles so I want to continue to raise money as YOU will be supporting BOTH rides by donating... ALL of the money goes to the three small charities supporting cancer; breast, cervical and ovarian as I pay for the flights and accommodation so HELP ME PLEASE!!!
The ‘donations’ specifically for India challenge this year will be submitted by 24 August 2018 however I will be continuing to raise sponsorship until the following August for The Italian Job Challenge... so keep reading and sponsoring...
Here is a little bit of my story and I think it helps to explain my motivation for wanting to help the cause:
In 2013 one of my best friends, Tammy died from a brain tumour, Tammy was a mere 43 years old and had courageously fought this tumour for 7 years. Now, another of my friends has a daughter who has an aggressive form of cancer that is spreading rapidly and she is ONLY 42 YEARS OLD and has been told that she only has 2 years to live and so WE MUST HELP FIND A CURE!
I am not a keen cyclist and so the distance of approximately 250 and 220 miles is not going to be easy for me but I will, as always do my best - I am a determined lady where failure is not an option so PLEASE HELP ME TO RAISE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE!
