Cycle Europe 2022 · 5 June 2022 to 12 June 2022 ·
From June 5th to June 12th I will be cycling across Europe in order to fundraise for both Ukrainian Refugees and the Alina Foundation which provides essential equipment for terminally ill children and adults.
This will be an intensely challenging cycle of 80 miles per day for 8 days and will take me from Riga in Latvia to Gdansk in Poland via some of these hospices to see the great work being done. Having not done much cycling for the last few years this will be a huge charity challenge!
The Alina Foundation helps children and adults with terminal illnesses and their families by providing essential equipment, such as beds and respirators, for hospices in Poland and Lithuania. I will be riding 1,000km across Eastern Europe to raise funds, deliver equipment and see first-hand the work of these organisations. I am covering all costs of participating in the ride, and the Foundation's trustees cover all administrative costs, so your donation will be used entirely to purchase equipment for hospices. On behalf of patients and their families, thank you very much for your support.
