With mental health effecting 1 in 4 people we understand what a positive impact physical activity can have. We thought we’d keep ourselves active by  setting ourselves a goal (or 3) this year.

This cause is so close to our hearts, we hope that funds raised will help to raise awareness and encourage people to talk. 

We’ll be running Liverpool, Great North and Amsterdam half marathons this May, September and October. If you’re able to support we’d appreciate your donation!
