With mental health effecting 1 in 4 people we understand what a positive impact physical activity can have. We thought we’d keep ourselves active by setting ourselves a goal (or 3) this year.
This cause is so close to our hearts, we hope that funds raised will help to raise awareness and encourage people to talk.
