I love cycling, and I love seeing young people realise, and reach, their full potential. This challenge is an amazing (if bonkers!) opportunity to combine both of these. In August, I'll be part of a team of 8 people taking part in a non-stop relay, aiming to complete the 850 miles from Lands End to John O'Groats in just 64 hours. It's going to be a massive challenge, but one which I believe is totally worth it if it can make a difference to the lives of young people across Coventry. 

The team at Coventry Youth for Christ believe that every young person has value and creative potential.Their Rock-Up project gives young people in local schools opportunities to develop musical skills, express themselves creatively and explore some of life's big questions.Rock-Up is totally free to Coventry schools and run in partnership with Youth for Christ's network of youth cafes in local churches.It's amazing to see young people reaching their potential and raising their aspirations through music.
