Hello!

I am running my first 10k on 28th September 2013, for the Rainbow Valley charity.

Rainbow Valley is a charity with a vision, inspired by my cousin, Johanna MacVicar.  The aim of the charity is to provide a comfortable place for cancer patients and their families.  Here they will be provided with space to enjoy time together, as well as learn information about their condition and the self-help therapies available to them.  For more information on Rainbow Valley, please follow this link: http://www.rainbowvalley.org.uk/

So far my training is slowly progressing!  Fingers crossed I manage to run the whole way and enjoy it!
