We raise money for NHS Charities to help our NHS go further.

Story

On 13/14 June  members of KES Medical Society (MedSoc) are heading up a team of 174 KES pupils (from Year 1 - Year 13), staff, families and OEs will be running/ walking/ cycling/ swimming the 10k #KESRuns4Heroes Challenge to raise money for the charity #NHSCharitiesTogether Covid-19 Emergency Appeal  They would love your support in their 10k challenge. Here’s how to get involved: 

* Sponsor our runners by making a donation to the charity.

* Or run your own 10k – by yourself or in a group with family/ friends/ your form. #KESRuns4NHSHeroes 

 A family of four could each run 2.5k

You and a  friends could run 5k each                           

You and  nine of your form members could each run 1k 

Or you can run your own 10k challenge!

Run separately or together, run wherever and whenever you want. Or you can walk, cycle, swim -  but please stick to social distancing guidelines!
