We are taking part in a sponsored walk, on Sunday 4th July 2010, together with about 15 of our work colleagues, along Walsall's canal tow paths in aid of Walsall Heart Care, our office nominated charity for this year.  Heart Care is partly lottery funded, but relies on charitable donations to a large extent to fund the purchase of equipment for its rehabilitation programme.  We chose this charity as one of our staff suffered a heart attack at only 24 years of age; he is now back at work, fit and well, thanks to the support of this worthwhile organisation.
