Story
On the 15th February this year we lost John Wilkins, an amazing happy go lucky man who had so much love for his family. It was evident, he wore his heart on his sleeves and showered his kids with love. But John felt like he couldn’t go on anymore and sadly took his own life. I’m running the Manchester 10k and organising a charity football match with LoveFootball a Manchester based team to raise money for Mind, a fantastic charity that supports people who are suffering with what life can throw at them.
The charity football match will go ahead on 4th June 22 at 12pm. Any support would be greatly appreciated!
Please don’t suffer alone, reach out, there’s options for you, such as mind, football therapy, and other community groups that will listen, will try and help, will be there when you need them.
Let's show everyone with a mental health problem that they are not alone. Stand with us and fight for mental health..The money we raise will make a real difference for those of us with a mental health problem.
