We're on a mission, and we need you to join us. Together we want to cover 5,000 miles, that's a mile for every person living with MND in the UK today. Take part and run, walk, swim, cycle or even scoot. How far will you go?

Story

My brother Martin Comper has recently been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease and typically of him he has decided that he wants to raise awareness of the illness and raise funds to support other people living with the illness and others affected in the future. Martin was the inspiration for myself and my younger brother Dave to start running after watching him run the London marathon in 2018 and as he enjoys his exercise we thought this would be an appropriate challenge for us all to take part in.

There are currently about 5000 people in the UK suffering with MND and the challenge involves us running, walking, cycling or swimming as many miles as possible to contribute towards getting to 5000 miles over a 5 week period. As a family we are determined to complete as many as we can.

Thank you for your support.
