Bananaman 20 mile litterpicking walk, 30 December 2022
At Vale Wildlife Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre, we are looking to revamp our current hospital to make additonal space for the ever increasing number of casualties brought into us each year.

Story

Earler this year i collected an injured Buzzard from M5 hard shoulder,  made 2 phone calls and was met at Junction 9 Tewkesbury,  The staff looked after the Buzzard amazingly and fortunately it was released after a few days - but this led to a jaw dropping moment of the funds needed to run this charity .

Litter kills and injures thousands of mammals and birds every year which is why I contine to do this annually to help reduce wildlife deaths.

Our Vision - We would love to be able to afford a new hospital but we have to be realistic. We are looking to raise £70,000 to build a purpose built, outdoor kitchen unit. This will enable us to convert the current kitchen and food store into more hospital space, including a post op recovery room. We will post regular updates regarding the money we've raised and the progress of our campaign.About Vale Wildlife Hospital -Vale Wildlife Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre was founded back in 1984 by Caroline Gould. We take in over 7,500 wildlife casualites every year and our current running costs are over £50,000 each month. We are one of the UK's largest wildlife hopsitals and rely soley on the generosity of the public to enable us to continue to help Britain's wildlife.
