Ladies and Gents thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ladies and Gents I am patriotic and proud to be British and i  feel we should give a little for those that give so much. Poor young men and women sign up for queen and country and come home maimed for life, trying to ensure we live life in a safe and free world.  Every time we think we are having a bad day, targets not met in the work place just remember some young solider (Para) has had an even worse day, having a leg blown off or being shot or the ultimate sacrifice being killed!

If a bald over weight 40 year old can put out a little and run (or walk) 10 miles across the Para selection course strapped with 35 lbs wearing boots, then please dig deep and give a little back to those that sacrifice so much.

For every pound i am sponsored i will match this with a pound of my own money going to the Parachute regiment charity .
