Active Hope is a great Children's charity that works with local schools in the Warrington and Runcorn area.  They do great work showing troubled kids that people do care about them as individuals.  Children are referred to Active Hope by their schools for many different reasons but the common factor is that they need some help and support and Active Hope gives that essential help and support.
