After setting myself a fitness challenge at the beginning of 2019 and hearing news from friends I decided to try and raise funds to support the best possible care for teenagers and young people with cancer.

I have a dodgy left knee but after initial shock and some gym strengthening work I seemed to be making progress but then a set-back in early March with hamstring but recovered quickly and have been running injury free since...so I am at least hoping to complete the course despite the gruelling "black hill" start 300m accent over first 1k..ouch.

So, please help me, help these young people and their families and friends.
