Community Home Health & Hospice’s mission is to bring peace of mind to patients and their families by providing compassionate, dignified, collaborative, and patient-focused home healthcare and hospice. Our community-based nonprofit serves families in SW Washington from Longview and Vancouver, WA.

Story

I’d like to honor my mom, Myrna Hudson, who would have celebrated her 82nd birthday this weekend, by raising funds for Community Home Health and Hospice. My mom loved and was loved by so many in our community because people are what mattered to her most, and her many friends were her treasure. I’m thankful that in her final hours of life the people of Community Home Health and Hospice were there to give her the care and respect she so richly deserved.
