I've been involved with CAFOD for the past 11 years as a parish volunteer, school volunteer and fundraiser. This will be my 10th Great South Run for CAFOD and I'm delighted to be supporting this year's Harvest Fast Day appeal. 

I am fortunate, despite my 62 years(!), to be blessed with
good health and fitness and I simply cannot think of a better way of putting my
faith into practice than through supporting the outstanding work of CAFOD.
