As is often the case with great ideas this one was first conceived in the pub!  This will be my third annual bike ride for the same cause.  The plan is that on 21 May I will commence day 1 of a 5 day gruelling bike ride from Cork to St Helens via Belfast, some 330 miles along with 20 fellow cyclists.  This is in aide of the St Helens Autism Support, a charity close to my heart.

St Helens Autism Support is a relatively new local charity aimed at raising awareness of autism and the implications of the condition and to support initiatives to improve life chances for people diagnosed with the condition.
