Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

I have decided to do my usual no alcohol over lent combined with running 150 miles over this period which works out just over 5k a day. I am doing this to in aid of Ardgowan Hospice, who have been doing a fantastic job in caring and looking after Jennifer and the family.

Jennifer was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in July last year and the hospice have provided immense care and support for her.

Ardgowan Hospice provides an extraordinary service for patients and families and have touched the hearts of most throughout Inverclyde. My progress can be tracked via Strava and I’ll try keep you updated along the way.

Any donations made would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
