Story

 Hi folks!

This is my 5th London Marathon. This year I'm running in support of St John Ambulance. I'm also 50 this year, and want to do something worthwhile to mark the occasion, so a friend and I are planning various activities throughout 2011 - including a walk round Anglesey!More info shortly. In the meantime, please feel free to start donating!!!

10th Feb - already done more training than at the same point last year! Went to SJA HQ last Saturday - excellent. Looking forward to 17th April!

W/ending 6th March - 2 x 3.2 miles, 1 x 9.38 miles - thanks for your company, Ryan !

Sunday 13th March - 12 miles - getting there slowly!!!

Anglesey walk taking place on Sat 13th - Tues 16th August!!!

Did 13.5 miles on 20th March, and 16.1 miles on Sunday 27th. Came back a little tired, then I remembered I'd given blood on the 17th! (Message to self .........). That's the big one done, tapering now for three weeks - just 3 fundraising walks to do!!

 30th March :-

1st walk - this Sat pm between Rhos and Colwyn Bay (prom).

2nd  "     -   this Sun pm between Conwy and Craig y Don.

 3rd  "      -   Sun 10th - pm - Colwyn Bay pier to Llandudno pier.

Who's up for it???

Thanks for your support, Janet!!

Finished in 5h41m16s (I think), but was full of a cold 3 days before, so a fair result. Anglesey walk definitely on - need to up my mileage, as 20 miles/day for 4 days!!!
