Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support. Last year I had a pacemaker fitted due to a very slow heartbeat, I was also suffering from atrial fibrillation. The support and care I received from the staff at the various hospitals I had to go to were superb, i feel I need to give something back and by doing this walk from London to Brighton on the 24th June will be a start, I never dreamt of doing this last year. Your support will be much appreciated. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £25 could pay for an hour of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
