Cancer is sadly still there all the time, it remains pretty much the only disease that has threatened people I know with an untimely end however over the last few years I have noticed the success of treatments to friends and colleagues which spurs me on to continue to support the work of Cancer Research.

I have never liked asking for sponsorship so if I do I feel my part of the bargain is to do something that is a real challenge. I have done marathons so now its 100 kilometeres from London to Brighton in one go 24th May 2014, training is already up at over 50k per week and it will be double that by the time I stand on the start line.
