In mid June I am taking part in a Swedish adventure by attempting the Swedish Classic Vatternrundan . As part of a team of members of Delamere Cycle Club  we will circumnavigate the 200 mile shore of the beautiful Lake Vattern in one day.  I hope you can support me and our club charity, North West Air Ambulance and Mind Over Mountains ( Full details are on the team page)

In the early hours of 17th June a group of DCC riders will be setting off for an epic 200 mile bike ride around lake Vattern in Sweden.  We’re raising funds for the North West Air Ambulance and your contributions inspire us to put in the miles and miles of training we need to complete.  Vatternrundan is the world's largest recreational bike ride. The 315kms around lake Vättern is a real test for the many participants that annually gather in Motala for the bike festivities. The event takes place in June and is a part of the Swedish Classic.
