I am the manager of a wonderful charity called DadsWork SCIO and I have been supporting fathers and men for 18 years in East Lothian. Our aim is to increase men's metal health and mental fitness, reduce isolation, raise their self esteem, reducing depression and the risk of suicide by offering safe spaces to talk to others, offering positive immediate support and positively listening without judgement.
