I was diagnosed with MS in October 2018 at the age of 24. It has been a long and difficult road for me at times and also for so many others and we all rely on the hard work, support and care that the MS society provide. They put so much effort into their fundraisers in order to gather the funding needed to provide vital help and support to those living with MS and their families, but also toward research into finding a cure which is so important. Due to the current crisis that we're in, a lot of fundraisers have sadly been cancelled or postponed which significantly affects the donations that the MS society are receiving. They desperately rely on these donations to continue the amazing work and research that they do. My birthday is coming up and instead of gifts this year I am kindly asking if people could make a donation instead.
