Helen, Dan, Tom and Hoff are about to cycle from London to Brussels, all in support of Action Medical Research. This incredible charity is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through medical research, and we are honoured to be raising funds for their important work. The ride itself will be a test of endurance, determination, and perseverance as we pedal through the ~400km from start to finish. Our first day takes us from London to Harwich before an over-night ferry to Hook van Holland. We have further overnight stops in Amsterdam and Breda before we arrive in Brussels on 15^th July.
