Hello my name is Keegan and I have been under the fantastic neurosurgeon team in Temple street children's hospital before I was even born, after they found a mass on my brain during my mummies anatomy scan, after many trips to both Galway and Dublin mum and dad learned that I had an Arachnoid cyst, since I was born in February I have had brain ultrasounds and mri scans many more trips to Dublin to meet with my amazing neurosurgeon team at Temple street, We learned in June that I have a cluster of Arachnoid cysts that is causing slight issues and I have become symptomatic, but even on my bad days I give everyone my biggest smile, my cyst has grown and is now 6.6cm, I go back in November for another mri scan and results to see if I then get a date for my brain surgery or leave it for another few months and do more test's, Temple street is absolutely amazing and the care I receive is just top class, so my family have decided to do a fundraiser for them as without these fundraising events Temple street wouldn't have the equipment needed for not only my test's and more but for other children who attend the hospital, We have a fun filled day and a raffle organised for Saturday September 17th in Bundoran from a match with Donegal masters verses Mayo masters in Bundoran GAA pitch to an amazing raffle with some quality prizes in Quay west Bundoran, any donation however big or small is appreciated beyond word's but if you can't donate a share would be appreciate to get the word out 😊 let's get this far and wide for such an amazing hospital.
