Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

Story

Team SHITS (Surrey High Intensity Training Squad)- Andy, Mike, Simon, Martin, Tim and Chubbs- are heading to France without a paddle (or a wetsuit!) next summer, braving the cold, jellyfish, P & O cruise-liners, oil slicks, etc. to raise money for spinal injuries charity Aspire, in memory of our cycling buddy Kev who sadly died following brain injury and spinal cord damage after being knocked off his bike.

We did it!
