Back in 2018, I was admitted to hospital with very severe Aplastic Anaemia and i spent the next year on a haematology ward. AA isn't cancer, but to beat it i needed cancer treatment. I had 2 rounds of chemo, full body radiotherapy, a stem cell transplant and immunosuppression therapy and then spent the next 18 months recovering at home, rebuilding myself from scratch. Fast forward to 2022 and i have a new career as a barber, im in the best physical shape of my life and i just recently got the news that im officially fully recovered, so i thought now is the time to give something back.
