I'll be swimming the Dart 10k in early September, front crawling and most probably breast-stroking my way from Totnes to Dittisham Ham along the River Dart in Devon. 

I've been inspired by the fundraising efforts of my team mate at Pacific cricket club James Gleadow, who has already raised £5000 for various bowel cancer charities and so wanted to support and augment his efforts.
