This March I am going to Tanzania for 3 months to volunteer as part of a VSO project. Whilst there I'll be working to support local small and medium-size enterprises to overcome existing barriers, with particular attention paid to the additional challenges faced by female-headed enterprises. As part of my commitment to the project I must fundraise £800 for the VSO charity. VSO works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries. The volunteers' skills, knowledge and sheer enthusiasm make lasting and far reaching change in the world's poorest communities.I’m fundraising in support of all VSO funded projects, which benefit around 2 million people every year.
