I am so fortunate to have been selected to play and fundraise for the Mind team in the 2023 UK Charity All Stars Ice Hockey tournament. 

The Mind charity is incredibly important to me after losing 2 of my amazing family members to suicide. Any events I complete and money that I fundraise will be in memory of my Father-in-law Keith, my cousin Jaime, and for everyone who have unfortunately lost someone to suicide, and who have suffered with their mental health. 

I know times are financially hard at the moment so any support and donations provided are greatly appreciated, but more importantly please do not suffer in silence. The tournament brings 8 charities together all aiming to raise as much money and awareness as hey can throughout the year. The tournament is then a celebration of all that has been achieved.Team Mind will be working hard throughout the year to raise funds for Mind in a variety of fun ways. We are also hoping to connect with as many people as possible to help them feel less alone with their mental health struggles. We've joined together to raise money for charity.
