Unfortunately, Kieran had a rock climbing accident on Sunday 2nd October around 3.30pm. Our world fell apart. I am sorry to tell you that my wonderful, inspiring handsome brother has been taken from us. It honestly feels like loosing a part of yourself - and I still expect every second that he is about to walk through the front door. My brother was the bravest, kindest most courageous person who died doing what he loved. Sleep tight beautiful angel, always in my heart. Forever loved and never forgotten...

Lochaber Mountain Rescue team provides a search and rescue service for Lochaber district with the largest mountain in Britain, Ben Nevis in the centre of it's geographical area. It not only assists climbers and mountaineers but any person such as canoeists, mountain bikers and back country skiers.
