A group of us will be completing the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge at the end of March - climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan.
We're raising money for the Lighthouse Club. They are a mental health, physical and finanical wellbeing support charity to the construction community and their families.
