Mansfield 103.2 are once again raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support in Nottinghamshire. It's a charity that is close to our hearts especially our Chairman's, Simon Emblin, who lost his Brother Gary to cancer some time ago.

 

Simon's Sister, Jude Howcroft, along with her friend Samantha Griffiths, are attempting to climb Mount Kilimanjaro on 13th February 2011. They are hoping to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan who helped Simon and Jude's Brother during his illness. Samantha also wants to raise funds for Macmillan as they helped her when she had cancer 6 years ago.

 

The money that is raised will help fund specialist Macmillan nurses and doctors, build treatment centres and give financial help to those that need it most. They can only do this thanks to the generosity of people like you.

 

Every penny really makes a difference in someone's life at a time when they need it most. So, please, if you can donate.
