I am in recovery from addiction and faced that difficult moment where I stopped and began rebuilding my life. There have been so many people that have helped me to achieve this and I have always wanted to do something that could contribute and give back to the support that is out there and helped save my life.

This trek is to raise money for all of those people that Changing Lives help and will help in the future to take this positive step into rebuilding their personal, family and community lives. The money rasied will be used at the Changing Lives service in York, for a direct impact on the people taking those early steps in recovery.
