I decided in 2017  to see if i could run. I have no idea why,  I was 55 and had a hip replacement and had NEVER ran before. Turned out I love it (at least some of the time). I am now 56 and still struggle to do 10K this will be my first 10 mile run  - 16k, almost feel queasy as i write this,  have never ran that distance before. 

The picture I have posted is a picture of Loulou and Percy, mother and son who we adopted from CPL in 2002, sadly lost Percy in October 2016.  Loulou continues to be a gorgeous cat. I am very grateful for the work that CPL do so thought i would raise to help their funds.   

Please help me help them!!
