2 years ago I lost a very good friend of mine to this awful disease.  I didn’t know much about MND until I saw him battle it for 4 horrible years.  There was no cure and there still isn’t now.  We need to raise funds to find one!  His daughter approached me about this Mission 5000 challenge to see if I was up for it and I jumped at the chance to do my bit.  The challenge is to do as many miles as you can in a month whilst raising money for MND and awareness.  Anyone that knows me knows that I love a charity challenge and it’s been 4 years since my last one so I’m more than overdue one!  I know times are tough at the moment but please dig deep for a very good cause no matter how little the donation is.  I’ve set myself a target of 100 miles and £100
