I have never tackled the roads on a bike so this is a super big challenge for me. I am saying it is my version of a marathon! It is an extremely daunting prospect but I am excited to push myself to achieve it. 

My Grandad, Ken who I know so many of you know and love fought in wars from the Congo to Malaya. The army saved him in so many ways and the British Legion is a cause that is extremely close to his heart. I am doing this for him and all of my friends and family who have been supported by this wonderful charity. 

Every penny counts and anything you can contribute I would really appreciate it, even if it is just a pound! They will make all of the 460km totally worthwhile!
