The big brother and I by some wonderful miracle both landed a place at the London Marathon this year.. after 15 years of the public ballot and 6 years of Ampthill and Flitwick flyers running club ballot I am the lucky recipient of the club place this year! Gary a seasonal marathon runner who's travelled all over the world to run is now taking on a big task of running with his sister! Hopefully the Christmas runs haven't put him off!

We thought we'd combine a charity page for Prostate cancer who's research has helped our Dad with all of his treatment keeping him fit and healthy on the golf course on a regular basis. We are truly grateful for their life saving treatment over the past 5 years which means he's still here walking the beach most days!
