This October, I'm taking on the 100 Miles in October challenge in support of the National Autistic Society.

My twin sister and I are both neurodiverse, with Jade (on the left) diagnosed autistic. The National Autistic Society supports over 700,000 autistic people in the UK. I love that they campaign for better rights and services, and help organisations become more autism friendly.

Late diagnosis has been hard for us both, and we know that women and girls have often been overlooked. So let's raise funds to help change that!
