Shrewsbury PCN Trekkers are taking part in Trek26London-26Miles

We’re taking very long march around London to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Society.  We all work in Medical Practices so are very aware of the number of families that have to live with Dementia and how this affects their lives.  The Alzheimer’s Society campaign for change, fund research to find a cure and support people living with dementia today.  

My feet 🦶 are sore just thinking about the walk, but I believe we get fed cake along the way so all should be good…….(or that’s what they’re telling me).
